Our goal in teaching is to educate students to be internationally competitive leaders who will help business to become more customer-oriented, reliable and successful in the future. This goal will help contribute to the value of a business as well as to the prosperity of our entire society. We achieve this vision through teaching and exploring the following six competencies:
The core competencies gained through the study of our coursework will ensure our graduates a decisive advantage in both national and international job markets. These competencies are developed by the MIM-Team through interactive courses, the use and analysis of international literature, from mini case studies and group work, as well as Harvard Business Cases, project work and the regular inclusion of guest professors from around the world. Room for open discussion and competing theories is encouraged and safeguarded in order to promote critical thinking. Students are also supported in reading specific subject-wide magazines, along with a reader updated by the MIM-Team consisting of current articles from renowned business magazines.
