    Arbeitsgebiete.

    1.   Angewandte Analysis: Differentialgleichungen, Fundamentaltheorie der Funktional-Differentialgleichungen.

    2.   Numerische Methoden u. industrielle Anwendungen der Mathematik:
    Modellierung und Optimierung.

    3.   Biometrie und Medizinische Statistik: Biometrische Betreuung von nationalen u. internationalen medizinischen Studien.

    Mit Stand 2006 über 100 wissenschaftliche Publikationen, über 80 Forschungsprojekte, (Fonds z. Förd. d. wiss. Forschung, Forsch.-Förd.-Fonds d. gewerbl. Wirtschaft, Projekte im klinischen Bereich etc.), Tätigkeit als Berater und Fachgutachter. Gründungspräsident der Sektion Steiermark-Kärnten der IBS (1987).

    Lehrtätigkeit an der Univ. Klagenfurt in den Studienrichtungen Technische Mathematik, Technische Informatik, Angewandte Betriebswirtschaft, Psychologie; Grund- und Spezialvorlesungen durchschnittlich 10 Stunden/Semester. Zwei Sub-Auspiciis-Promovenden.
